For your reprapworld.com orders you have a cooling off period of 14 days from the day of receipt. Within this time you can look at the article and try it like you would in a store. As soon as you put the article to use, the cooling off period has ended.

If you are unsatisfied with the article, it's possible to return it. This is also the case for clearance and sale articles. You can return it if:

  2. If it's in the original packaging and in original state.

You need to contact our customer service within 14 days to inform us that you want to return (a part of) your order. You as a customer needs to pay ther shipping cost and return cost. We shall return the full payment you made for the product within 14 days after we received the returned article.
