Before returning any item or order you need a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. This number ensures that our internal process is able to deliver the product or parcel to the correct department. You will receive a RMA number after contacting our support departments.
After receiving the RMA number, put the RMA number clearly on the outside of the package. Without this, your order or product may have significant delay in processing or even get lost. The support department will supply additional return instructions for sending the goods to us.
